Both incidents occurred Wednesday evening, April 29, in different parts of Woodbridge, according to the Prince William County Police Department. Multiple victims in indecent exposure arrest Police say the exposure incident began around 8:26 p.m. at the Woodbridge Laundromat on F Street. Investigators determined that a man, later identified as David Alfredo Ochoa, was intoxicated and tried to enter the business but could not get inside. During the encounter, he exposed himself to a 40-year-old woman. Further investigation revealed a second victim—a 61-year-old woman—who was also targeted earlier in the evening.
