Burn ban is in effect for Hendry County!LaBelle, Fla. – A burn ban is now in effect for unregulated fires for all of Hendry County as dry weather conditions impact the area. Learn More Precautionary Boil Water Notice for Areas of Port LaBelle Utility System 6.12.2025 (June 12, 2025) – LaBelle, Fla. – A precautionary boil water notice has been issued to the following areas due to a damaged water line in Glades County. The affected areas are: · River Run · The Villas · Port LaBelle Marina · Port LaBelle Inn The precautionary boil water notice will be lifted when satisfactory bacteriological sampling results are obtained. A boil water notice does not mean the water is contaminated. As a precaution, it is advised to boil the water for 1 minute before consumption.
