Skip to content TBRPC Clean Air Team is Seeking Public Input for the Comprehensive Climate Action Plan Home > TBRPC Clean Air Team is Seeking Public Input for the Comprehensive Climate Action Plan The Comprehensive Climate Action Plan (CCAP) was completed as a requirement of the EPA’s Climate Pollution Reduction Grant Program (CPRG) the TBRPC was awarded in 2023. The purpose of the CCAP is to advance a unified and science-based approach to climate mitigation and resilience across Hernando, Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas Counties. Led by the TBRPC, this plan brings together local governments, agencies, non-government organizations, and community-based organizations to: Reduce Emissions Across Key SectorsImplement High-Impact Mitigation ProjectsMaximize Co-Benefits for MSA residentsStrengthen Regional Capacity and CoordinationThe TBRPC Clean Air Team is accepting feedback on the CCAP document until Friday, April 23rd, 2026.
