Let’s Learn View falls as controllable · Set goals for increasing activity · Make changes to reduce fall risks · Exercise to increase strength and balance Participant Attendance Anyone concerned about falls · Anyone interested in improving balance, flexibility, and strength · Anyone who has fallen in the past · Anyone who has limited activities because of falling concerns Information There are two-hour classes once a week for eight weeks, with physical activities starting on the third.
