Self-Service Tag Renewal Self-Service Tag Renewal Kiosk Whether you are on the go or need to renew your vehicle registration outside of SCTC’s regular business hours, the Florida MV Express is a self-service kiosk that offers a quick and easy solution to renew your tags at your convenience! Located inside the Publix Super Market at Springs Plaza and the Publix Super Market at Casselberry Commons, all you need to bring is your registration renewal notice PIN or your license plate number and date of birth of the first registered owner, along with your preferred payment method (debit or credit). Once the transaction is complete, your license plate decal will print on the spot! This service is available to all Florida residents. However, there are a few eligibility requirements to be able to renew at the kiosk: Vehicle registrations must not require a new license plate to be issued Vehicle registrations must not have insurance, driver’s license, or toll suspensions Vehicle registrations must not require a Florida Certificate of Insurance or IRS Heavy Vehicle Use Tax 2290 The following are also ineligible to renew at one of our kiosks: Autonomous vehicles Boats Government vehicles IRP Registrations Mobile homes National Guard license plates Personalized plates Parking permits or placards Publix Super Market at Springs Plaza 2381 W State Road 434 Longwood, FL 32779-4984 Publix Super Market at Casselberry Commons 1455 FL-436 #221 Casselberry, FL 32707 Appointments Useful Forms Seminole County Application (English) Helpful Links Order from Other States Under F.S. 668.6076, email addresses are public records.
