A Gatsby-Inspired Prom to Remember Apr 27 2026 Montverde Academy’s juniors and seniors stepped into a night of timeless elegance this past Saturday as they gathered for prom at the beautiful Disney’s Boardwalk Inn Conference Center. Inspired by the glamour and opulence of The Great Gatsby, the evening transported students to the roaring twenties with a celebration filled with style, music, and unforgettable memories, creating the perfect backdrop for a night of dancing, laughter, and connection among classmates. One of the highlights of the night was the crowning of the 2026 Prom King and Queen. Congratulations to Jayden Chan and Nicole Sanchez, who were selected by their peers for this special honor. "Being named Prom King showed me how much support I have among my classmates and how much I have to be grateful for at Montverde Academy," said Jayden. For Nicole, being named Prom Queen meant that she was "truly able to make the best" of her experience at Montverde Academy by "being able to make so many friends from different areas and friend groups," she shared.
