IMPORTANT NOTICE The Property Appraiser office is currently upgrading their Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal internal system to provide the citizens of Gadsden County the best experience possible. The Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal system also called CAMA is a term used to describe a software package used by government agencies to help establish real estate appraisals for property tax calculations. During this transition, we noticed that the system may have inadvertently transposed the current owner’s information.
