Children can learn, laugh, and play with WSPD’s Community Relations. Lunch and water will be provided. 2026 PROGRAM DATES WEEK 1 - JUNE 1-5 WEEK 2- JULY 6-10 All CYO activities will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Torcaso Park located at 104 N. Moss Road WInter Springs Fl, 32708 Registration is open to Winter Springs residents 5-15 years old. Parents will need to register children in advance for the entire week and waiver forms will need to be filled out in order to participate. children will need to be signed in and out at the end of each day.
