Silver Sands Demolition Apr 27, 2026 Please be advised that demolition of the Silver Sands Beach Resort will begin tomorrow, Tuesday, April 28. Work may start at any time after 7:00 a.m. Residents and visitors in the area should expect increased truck traffic, as well as possible dust and noise during demolition activities. Pedestrians, cyclists, and beachgoers are urged to use caution while in the area. All work will be conducted in accordance with permitted hours and safety regulations. The Village will continue to monitor activity to help minimize impacts to the community.
