Stronger Together: Supporting Autism Awareness in Our Community Apr 29, 2026 The Village of Key Biscayne Police Department is committed to serving all residents with care, inclusion, and an understanding of the diverse needs within our community. In recognition of Autism Acceptance Month, KBPD has wrapped a patrol vehicle and is wearing special blue badges to show support and raise awareness. KBPD also encourages families to participate in the Autism Awareness Decal Program, which helps alert first responders when a person with autism may be present so they can adapt their approach and ensure safer, more informed interactions.
