Learn More Change of Transportation Disadvantaged Provider (December 21, 2020) – LaBelle, Fla. – As of January 1, 2021, Hendry County will serve as the Community Transportation Coordinator (CTC) for Hendry and Glades Counties with transportation services being provided by Hendry County through the county’s contracted operator, Transitions Commute Solutions, LLC (Transitions). Please contact Transitions at 877-935-4487 (toll free) to begin scheduling rides. All rides that need to be scheduled through December 31, 2020 will continue to be done by MV Transportation. All current riders are asked to call 877-935-4487 as soon as possible to ensure their current contact information is on file and confirm their trip has been scheduled for January. Calls from new riders are also welcome.Trips will be provided for all Transportation Disadvantaged (TD) eligible riders. TD trips are available for trips including but not limited to the following services: Medical Employment Shopping Hendry County and Transitions will be CLOSED on January 1, 2021 in observance of the New Year’s holiday. All services will resume on January 2, 2021.
