Burn ban is in effect for Hendry County!LaBelle, Fla. – A burn ban is now in effect for unregulated fires for all of Hendry County as dry weather conditions impact the area. Learn More ULV Mosquito Spraying Schedule 2022 Hendry County's mosquito control contractor, Clarke, will commence ground spraying for adult mosquitoes, June 4th, utilizing trucks in the areas of Hendry County which are assessed for the Hendry County Mosquito Control Municipal Services Benefit Unit (MSBU). This truck spraying will continue weekly until further notice. The weekly spray schedule is as follows: Monday - Montura Ranch Estates, Flaghole, LaDeca and Everhigh Acres Tuesday - Fort Denaud Acres, Ft Denaud, Captain Hendry area, Phillips Road, Murray Road, North LaBelle, and Pioneer Plantation. Wednesday – Felda, LaBelle Acres (Case and Evans Roads), LaBelle Ranchettes (Alphabet Roads), Hookers Point, and US27/CR720 (CR720 Vicinity) Thursday - Double J Acres, Wheeler Estates, Davis-Pratt Park, Port LaBelle and South LaBelle.
